Receiving and warehousing process


1. Confirm the receiving information> Temporary warehousing and temporary closing date (delivery) shall be handled separately


2. Make preparations for receiving the goods


3. Unloading/incoming material acceptance>Check the cargo category, model, identification, packaging quantity, etc. according to the customer’s incoming material list


4. Positioning placement according to different zone and classification

Delivery and out of warehouse process

1. Confirm the delivery information

prepare the order according to the delivery document provided by the customer and assign the operation code (shipment order) in duplicate (one for the bottom, one for delivery)


2. Preparation before shipment

For express shipments, an order shall be placed in system and printed out in advance to notify the courier to pick up the express. For the delivery of non-express cargo, it is necessary to place an order and notify to arrange vehicle dispatch


3. Tally

verify the type, label, quantity and weight of the goods (the weight shall be carried out if it is required for re-export transportation), and the order/certificate/cargo shall be consistent


4. Packaging

carry out distribution, sealing, unpacking, labeling, palleting, laminating, etc. according to the packaging method required by customers. The data and identification shall be correct after the packaging is completed. The express goods shall be sent to the express area, and the non-express goods shall be sent to the loading and unloading platform


5. Check before shipment

recheck the cargo information and label with the shipping list, which is carried out by the pickup driver and warehouse manager. If the delivery is picked up, the express delivery list and the goods shall be photographed and sent to the customer


6. Shipment registration

After the goods are released, it is necessary to make a registration for outbound


7. Shipping information feedback

send the shipping information to the merchandiser and the customer respectively
